Denplan Essentials for Adults
From just £17.40 a month, Denplan Essentials covers:
- 1 Dental Examination: Regular exams help spot potential issues early.
- 1 Hygienist Appointment: Professional cleanings to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
- 2 X-Rays: Diagnostic imaging usually taken every two years.
- 10% Discount on Additional Treatments: Save on treatments like fillings, crowns, and teeth whitening.
We also offer plans that cover 3, 4, or 6 routine appointments per year to suit your needs.
Denplan for Children
From £8.30 per month, Denplan for Children includes:
- 1 Dental Examination: Essential for building early dental habits in a friendly, relaxed environment.
- 1 Hygienist Appointment: Promotes a child-friendly introduction to dental care.
- 2 X-Rays: Diagnostic imaging sometimes taken when a teenager.
- 10% Discount on Additional Treatments: Applies to treatments like fissure sealants (to protect young teeth from decay) and custom-made sports mouthguards.
Family Discounts
- 2 Adults on the same direct debit receive a 5% discount.
- 3 Adults receive a 10% discount.
- 4 Adults receive a 15% discount.
Please note that family discounts do not apply to children’s plans.
How to Sign Up for Denplan at Caring Dental
1. Discuss Your Options:
- At the end of your appointment, your dentist will review Denplan options with you and help determine the best plan for your needs.
2. Decide on Payment:
- After the appointment, you can either pay for the day’s treatment or choose to join Denplan to cover it and future appointments. Signing up for Denplan at this time makes this appointment your first covered visit.
3. Provide Sign-Up Details:
- Bank Details: Bring your bank details, as payments are debited directly from your account.
- Signatures: Sign a couple of forms to authorise monthly payments and activate your plan.
4. Monthly Payment Schedule:
- Payments are automatically taken on the 1st of each month.
You can sign up with Denplan Direct for the 2-visits-a-year plan before you come in. This allows you to have everything set up ahead of time! (Add Link or button)
If you are already a Denplan member at another practice, you’ll need to cancel your current plan with Denplan before transferring to Caring Dental. When you come in for your appointment, we’ll help you sign up for your new plan with us.

Supplementary Insurance Coverage
For an extra 60p per month, you can receive Worldwide Dental Injury and Emergency Cover, which includes:
- Up to £10,000 for injuries

- A daily cash benefit for hospital stays due to a dental injury
