She sends reminder emails with potential dates for their next appointments, making sure they stay on track with their dental care. Her detailed appointment notes and clear communication with the dentists ensure everyone is well-prepared, giving patients the best experience possible.
Outside of work, Shaunnie is a busy mum of three and has also added a little Frenchie puppy to her household, bringing even more activity to her life!
