As Practice Manager, Heather ensures that Caring Dental operates smoothly and efficiently, enabling the dental team to deliver the highest standard of care. She is highly skilled in dental practice management software, helping the practice stay ahead with innovative technology and streamlined processes.
Heather is deeply committed to patient satisfaction and plays a key role in communication and welfare. She ensures every patient feels valued and has a positive experience from start to finish, supporting the practice's mission of exceptional care.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, and staying active with squash and tennis.
